Cooking for children is always a challenge, they get bored of eating the same thing unless it's fries or lollies...I am always looking for new fun recipes for my kids....But most importantly I want healthy meals! As we all know, veggies are not kids first choice on their plate....I found these books and web site from Jessica Seinfled and she writes about how to trick your kids into eating healthy. Basically she tells you all about hiding veggies in everything and kids don't suspect a thing. I've tried and it works...
