I find it difficult sometimes to make sure the kids do their chores. On the same level, it is not always easy to make them listen. I am a believer of rewarding rather than repressing but I can't give them something every time they do what I ask them to! I found these charts with stars as rewards and it works. My kids are really motivated to earn stars and bumped when they loose one!
We just started a couple of weeks ago and so far so good!
