Glitters for New Year's Eve!!!

I found a few fun and cute ideas to be glittery and ready for New Year Eve!!

Something totally inexpensive and fun:
-Layer 2 flashy hues. OPI Nail Lacquer in the Man with the Golden Gun and You Only Live Twice (opi.com). It will come out as a nice warm red with golden reflection!

-The Fancy gold french. Use OPI Nail Lacquer in Sealed with a Kris and when it is dry, paint the tips with Estée Lauder Pure Color Lacquer in Nouveau Riche!
