12 Easy little tips to lose weight!!!

You will probably read this article and think that it sounds so simple that it  can't work. I am not going to lie, these will help, but there is no such thing as a miracle...I wish there was, we all wish there was some sort of secret magic remedy that would help us loose weight...But it takes hard work to do so... lots of courage and discipline.... 
So for those who are not ready to go down that road...Here are 12 very easy little things that my sister-in-law (who is a nutritionist) came up with. It is a good reminder of what we should do...if somehow, you don't find it helpful, you can always go on her website and do something  more personal

  1. Have enough and decent sleep during the night
  2. Chew, chew, chew... it makes you eat more slowly, so it is easier to digest
  3. Drink at least 1 1/2 l of water a day
  4. Exercise 30 minutes everyday
  5. Cook at home, try not to go out too much
  6. Ask for help and support around you
  7. Try meditation, it diminishes stress
  8. Do not eat after 8 p.m. or at least 3 h before going to bed
  9. Try eating seated and in a peaceful environment
  10. Breathe slowly
  11. Get yourself a good massage
  12. Never jump a meal, and don't eat beetwens meals!!
